Nice to meet you!
Hello, Iām Eli Toker and it is great to meet you. My experiences across several product design internships and my education at Pratt Institute has shown me that my lifelong interests of inventing, creating and drawing are huge assets for a young designer.
Childhood friends would describe me as the kid who drew cars. My 10 year old self would never believe I am now pursuing a career in automotive design.
Although my industrial design education differs from a traditional transportation design education, my design skills are certainly applicable to cars and bikes. Through independent study and mentorship, I have followed my transportation design interest on top of my school work, creating several concept vehicles.
My internships at Falkbuilt Intl. tought me a deep understanding of CAD modeling and DFM for injection molding, bent sheetmetal, aluminum extrusions, and roll formed steel.
At Cisco, I learned how to work with a team to create designs that aligned with their vision. Through my work at Cisco, I have refined my skills for enclosure design for consumer tech.
Feel free to check out my website to see a range of novel designs which display my creativity and aptitude for design!
